For the final Spirited Session, we’ll be hosting The Aperitivo! Co., who have been the star of some of our favourite cocktails from the last few years.
Created by a small team in Bristol, they decided to take inspiration from classic European aperitifs and blend that with a hint of South West goodness.

As we step into the colder seasons, what better than a glass of delicious Cognac to warm you up? Produced since the late 17th century by a family-owned distillery, Camus uses highly aromatic grapes to produce their iconic blend.
Hosted by the Head of Education for Speciality Brands, Nathan Shearer will be talking us through the journey this product has been through from start to finish.

From Japan to Bath, tonight we’ll be welcoming Ki No Bi – an award-winning gin from the first exclusively gin-based distillery in Kyoto. Rice based, and flavoured with a selection of meticulously chosen local botanicals, this session is going to be an absolute treat.
Continuing on our trip around the world, we now step into Guyana with El Dorado. With over 300 years of crafting to bring you some of the finest blends of Demerara rum, their distinctive mellowness and beautifully characterised liquids are something you won’t want to miss as we step into Summer.
Bad luck booking flights? Not to worry, this month we’ll be bringing you some flavours from the East with Akashi-Tai.
One of the longest standing breweries of the region, boasting some truly delicious artisanal Sake made with traditional techniques, grab your tickets whilst they last for what is bound to be a truly incredible session.
Coming all the way from a homebrew in his garden shed creating a handcrafted distillery on the outskirts of Frome, Richard Lock will be hosting this session and discussing what is now a vast showcase of products; you’ll be treated to vodka, gin, rum, and a taste of some new releases.
