A very exciting first visit to us from the Isle of Skye’s largest distillery, and only the second to be licensed on the island since Talisker’s opening in 1830! Describing their whisky as ‘shaped by Skye’ this is a producer focused on creating something really representative of their island home. Look forward to heavy peat smoke and saline, nautical minerality in a whisky that truly embodies its roots.
